0.6/1KV Silane XLPE Insulated PVC Sheathed Power Cable
 
Products Introduction:
Silane XLPE Insulated PVC Sheathed Power Cable applies to electric line at rated voltage 0.6/1KV, the mechanical performance and electric property of the cable is manufactured according to the standard of GB/T12706.1 – 2008 and IEC60502 – 1997. Flame resistant cable can be GB/T19666 – 2005.

Operating Characteristics:
1.The highest rated working temperature of PVC insulated control cable conductor id 90℃, XLPE insulated control cable conductor is 250℃.
2.Bending Radius
 The minimum bending radius of non armoured cable: Single-core cable 15D; Multiple-core cable 12D
 The minimum bending radius of armoured cable:Single-core cable 20D; Multiple-core cable 15D
 D is the diameter of the finished cable.
3.The environmental temperature for laying could not be less than 0℃, below 0℃ installation must be preheat.

Main Electrical Properties of the Finished Cable:
The D.C. resistance of finished cable conductive core is not greater than the provisions of Article 5 at 20℃.
Finished cable in 3.0KV AC voltage test 5 min without breakdown.

Technical Specifications:
1.The conductor of the nominal cross section 6mm2 and below adopts single core solid conductor; the nominal cross section 10mm2 and above adopts stranded conductor. The conductor of single core and twin-core adopt circular or round pressed core; 3, 4, 3+1 core of the nominal cross section 25mm2 and below adopt circular (round pressed) core; the nominal cross section 35mm2 and above adopt twisted round (round pressed) or sector pressed core. 5, 3+2, 4+1 core of the nominal cross section 35mm2 and below sdopt circular (round pressed) core; the nominal cross section 50mm2 and above adopt twisted round (round pressed) or tile pressed core.
2.Copper, aluminum conductive core comply with the relevant provisins of GB/T3956 - 1997.
3.The insulated material is PVC insulation and complies with the relevant provisions of GB/T12706.1 - 2008.
4.The insulation of the multi - core cable wire core should be cabling. The insulated cores comply with the table below with color recognition or digital recognition, or according to user's requirements.
